Same Day Crowns Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital imagery of locations requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to produce your crown.
CEREC can be used for a wide scope of indications: posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays and partial crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Discovering problems with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, costly procedures or surgeries. X-rays are primarily utilized to spot:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Big on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.
Digital radiography has significantly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the physician to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent developing and mounting x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also enables us to send and get your images digitally for consultation that can be presented to you rapidly.
