If you have a missing tooth or teeth, you know the embarrassment and discomfort this can cause. You have most likely been investigating methods you can restore your smile and excellent bite. We think you will be really interested to know that at our practice, you are able to receive same day crowns! It is a comfy one-day procedure!

Our entire dental practice is advanced, except for our client care and issue which is traditional. We know the pain missing teeth can cause clients, and for that reason we are really pleased to be able to offer clients with same day crowns.

Dental crowns are used to reinforce a tooth, and return it to its original function. Dental crowns are made to color-match the nearby teeth, so they can not be detected by others as being anything less than a long-term tooth. With a dental crown, you have the ability to eat anything you like, and your clear speech will never ever be disrupted. In fact, your dental crown is so natural feeling, you will not even know it is there in your mouth.

Same day crowns are an extremely amazing offering of our practice. We have the ability to offer you with a gorgeous brand-new smile in just one day. Our office has state-of-the-art equipment that enables dentists to supply you with crowns in just a small portion of the time that was needed before.

CAD/CAM innovation is exactly what makes this amazing development possible. The acronym stands for computer-aided design/computed-aided manufacturing. We have the ability to use this technology in our system. This system is used to restore teeth, start to finish, in one day. This will save you from an extra visit to our practice, a week or so later. We're sure you have far more amazing things you would rather do with your time than to sit in our dentist's chair any longer than you have to!

Using our new system, we scan the prepared tooth in your mouth or from an impression, and then send out the information to our in-office milling station. The restoration is computer-milled to the precise specifications to fit your mouth in minutes. Once the crown is crated, we place it in your mouth, and color, polish and restore your new tooth to a stunning and natural-looking luster. This innovation can also be used for same-day veneers or inlays.

If you need a crown in a hurry, for an upcoming social or company occasion, this procedure may certainly be ideal for you. If you have an interest in finding out more about this process, call us today for a consultation.

Same Day Tooth Restorations

CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of areas requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.

Today's Discussion Will Be About:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a procedure where we apply a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to harden, and polish it. It can be used in certain scenarios where a tooth has actually been broken or ended up being stained. These are generally small repairs, ones that can be resolved through this relatively inexpensive ways rather than through a more costly dental procedure.

Here Is How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to change the positioning of the tooth, close gaps in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material adheres to the surface. Then the material itself is placed on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is shaped and polished to get a glossy finish as a last step.
