Why Select Single Visit Dental Crowns?

There are lots of benefits of using same day crown over traditional crown innovation.

  • Time: Same day crowns are made in one visit, saving you considerable time away from your job and family.

  • Convenience: With same day crowns, there is no requirement for a short-term crown, eliminating significant possible discomfort.

  • Aesthetic appeals: The strong, tooth-colored ceramic products of same day crowns restore your teeth to their natural strength, appeal, and function, and carefully match the composition of your natural tooth structure.

  • Strength: Milled ceramic is tougher than the traditional technique of layering and pressing, so your smile will stay lovely for multiple years!

  • Fillings: Same day crown product and innovation can also be used for fillings. Since these fillings are constructed of porcelain, they are more durable than white composite fillings.

Tooth Veneers (Porcelain)

Veneers are a really thin pieces of durable, tooth shaped, porcelain that are customizeded (for shape and color) by a professional dental laboratory. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to create a stunning and attractive smile.

Veneers can completely improve your teeth and smile. They can often be alternatives to crowns and the perfect solution in treating many cosmetic dental conditions for the front teeth.

Similar to many dental restorations, veneers might someday require replacement; however, they are still very resilient and will last many years, giving you a long lasting, gorgeous smile.

How Are Veneers Applied?

Veneers are a dental treatment in which a covering is placed over the outside (visible area) of the tooth. Veneers are normally only done to the part of the teeth that are seen when talking or smiling. The procedure can be direct or indirect.

The direct strategy typically involves putting composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. This technique is normally referred to as bonding.

The indirect strategy typically involves two visits because the veneers will be made at a dental lab. At the first visit the teeth are prepared, impressions taken, and the teeth are offered a temporary covering. In 2 to 3 weeks the veneers are back from the lab, the temporaries are removed and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The lab produced veneers are usually made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are really esthetic.

The benefit of veneers versus crowns is that much less tooth material is eliminated, and the treatment is normally less uncomfortable. Veneers are not advised for teeth that have large fillings or little tooth structure.

You will receive care instructions for your veneers. Appropriate brushing, flossing and regular dental visits will help in the life of your brand-new and gorgeous veneers.
