Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital imagery of areas needing restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used for a wide range of indications: veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns and anterior crowns.

Dental Bonding (Composite)
Bonding is a procedure in which we apply a tooth-colored composite material to a tooth, shape it, allow it to harden, and polish it. It can be used in specific scenarios where a tooth has been broken or become stained. These are usually minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this relatively affordable ways rather than through a more pricey dental procedure.
How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to repair damage done to the tooth by decay, to alter the positioning of the tooth, close gaps between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material adheres to the surface area. Then the material itself is put on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to get a lustrous finish as a last step.
