Same Day Teeth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital imagery of locations requiring restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to make your crown.
CEREC can be used in a full range of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Discovering problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, expensive procedures or surgeries. X-rays are mostly utilized to discover:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Huge on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.
Digital radiography has significantly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in higher resolution on a big format for easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the patient. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available quickly after exposure, getting rid of the wait and effort spent developing and mounting x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also allows us to send out and receive your images digitally for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
