Temporary crowns and second visits for crowns are now generally unnecessary thanks to the same day crown innovation. We offer this amazing one-visit crown innovation in our office, adding greater convenience to the process of getting a crown. The waiting time between your treatment and when you get your permanent crown is eliminated.

The same day crown technology is an instrument that allows ceramic restorations (crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays) to be performed in one visit instead of 2. The computer coordinates with a wireless digital camera permitting the dentist to make digital impressions without the discomfort of bulky impression material.

After taking the picture the computer takes control and mills your custom-made crown right away so that we can cement your brand-new crown that same day. The outcomes we see are amazing. With the same day crowns, the strength, aesthetics, and fit of the ceramic restorations are excellent.

Same Day Teeth Restorations

CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital images of areas requiring restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.

CEREC can be utilized for a full scope of indications: veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns and anterior crowns.

The Discussion Of The Day Will Be:

Dental Bonding (Composite)

Bonding is a treatment where we apply a tooth-colored composite material to a tooth, shape it, allow it to harden, and polish it. It can be used in certain situations where a tooth has actually been broken or ended up being stained. These are usually minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this relatively affordable ways rather than through a more expensive dental procedure.

Here's How It Works:
Bonding includes adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to alter the positioning of the tooth, close gaps in between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughened in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface area, and a primer/bond agent is applied so the material sticks to the surface area. Then the material itself is positioned on the tooth and hardened with intense light. The composite resin material is formed and polished to obtain a glossy finish as a last step.
