Same Day Teeth Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital imagery of locations needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to produce your crown.
CEREC can be used for a broad range of indications: anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns and posterior crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Finding problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, pricey procedures or surgeries. X-rays are primarily used to spot:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is removed.
Big on-screen X-rays make patient communication more effective. The immediate observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the physician to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a huge format for easier detection of issues, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available immediately after exposure, getting rid of the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also allows us to send and get your images electronically for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
