Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital imagery of locations requiring restoration and produce the proper restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be utilized for a wide scope of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Finding issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, costly procedures or surgeries. X-rays are mainly utilized to spot:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have multiple advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is removed.
Large on-screen X-rays make patient communication more effective. The instant observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.
Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the patient and the doctor to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for much easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation exposure to the patient. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available quickly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent developing and mounting x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also allows us to send out and get your images digitally for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
