Same Day Crowns Near You

We are your local dental practitioner for single-visit tooth restorations. Why go to the dental practitioner a second time if you don't need to? One visit, one shot and no impressions. Schedule an appointment for same day crowns in our office today. Our office is pleased to have the most recent technology for same day crowns.

We always stay on the cutting-edge for our valued patients!

What Are Single Visit Crowns?

It is a technology for restoring damaged teeth, and this restoration can be completed in a single appointment at our office. It makes your teeth tougher and more lovely - all while keeping your teeth looking natural. The restoration is metal-free and the high-grade ceramic material and is compatible with the natural tissue found in your mouth.

During your visit, you and your dentist will talk about the details of the procedure and your dental practitioner will address any concerns you might have concerning the procedure or porcelain crowns in general.

Your dentist will then use a thin layer of reflective powder onto your tooth and will use a unique 3D imaging camera to take a picture of your tooth. Using the new proprietary software, your restoration will be developed according to your tooth's appropriate shape and function.

Then, it will use a diamond burs to develop your restoration out of a piece of ceramic. Finally, the ceramic restoration is bonded to your tooth using advanced adhesive dentistry.

Same Day Crown Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital images of locations requiring restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

CEREC can be used for a full range of indications: posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays and partial crowns.

The Conversation Of The Day Will Be:

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.

Finding problems with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, expensive procedures or surgeries. X-rays are primarily used to spot:

  • Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).

  • Impacted teeth.

  • Teeth that are still coming in.

  • Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.

  • Internal tooth decay.

Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have multiple advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of exposure to excess radiation is removed.

Big on-screen X-rays make patient communication more effective. The immediate observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.

Digital radiography has greatly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the medical professional to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation exposure to the patient. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.

Images are available immediately after exposure, eliminating the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also allows us to send out and receive your images electronically for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
