Same Day Dental Crowns In A Single Visit

If you select same day crowns, your experience will be rather different.
Instead of goopy impressions, our dentist will apply a thin layer of reflective powder to your tooth and will take images of your tooth. Your brand-new crown is then made right here at our office from a piece of ceramic. There is no metal in your crown.

While your crown is being made, you are free to wait and enjoy our dental spa. You may decide to have other dental work done during this time.

After your ceramic crown is made, it is bonded to your tooth using cutting-edge adhesive dentistry. Done and done!

You do not require numerous appointments. Simply one appointments and you leave with your permanent crown! Now that should give you something to smile about!

If you have been thinking about a crown, talk with us about it today.

Same Day Teeth Restorations

CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital imagery of areas needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

CEREC can be used for a broad range of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

Today's Conversation Will Be About:

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.

Spotting issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, pricey treatments or surgeries. X-rays are primarily utilized to spot:

  • Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).

  • Impacted teeth.

  • Teeth that are still coming in.

  • Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.

  • Internal tooth decay.

Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have a number of advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is removed.

Huge on-screen X-rays make client communication more efficient. The instant observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.

Digital radiography has significantly improved the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for much easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the patient. The procedure we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.

Images are available immediately after exposure, getting rid of the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also enables us to send out and receive your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
