Same Day Teeth Restorations
CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take precise digital imagery of areas needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will develop and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to fabricate your crown.
CEREC can be used for a wide range of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Discovering problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, pricey treatments or surgeries. X-rays are primarily used to detect:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The concern of exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Huge on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The instant observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and properly.
Digital radiography has greatly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the doctor to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for much easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available quickly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done instantly. Digital format also allows us to send and get your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you quickly.
