Same Day Tooth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital imagery of areas requiring restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the laboratory to produce your crown.
CEREC can be used in a wide range of indications: anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns and posterior crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Discovering problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the requirement for more extensive, expensive treatments or surgeries. X-rays are primarily used to find:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have a number of advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays allow us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Large on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.
Digital radiography has greatly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a huge format for easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also allows us to send and get your images digitally for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
