If you have a missing tooth or teeth, you know the humiliation and discomfort this can trigger. You have most likely been examining ways you can restore your smile and great bite. We believe you will be very interested to know that at our practice, you have the ability to get same day crowns! It is a comfortable one-day procedure!

Our entire dental practice is state-of-the-art, except for our client care and issue which is traditional. We understand the pain missing teeth can cause clients, and for that reason we are very happy to be able to supply clients with same day crowns.

Dental crowns are used to strengthen a tooth, and return it to its initial function. Dental crowns are made to color-match the nearby teeth, so they can not be detected by others as being anything less than a permanent tooth. With a dental crown, you have the ability to eat anything you like, and your clear speech will never be interfered with. In fact, your dental crown is so natural feeling, you will not even know it exists in your mouth.

Same day crowns are a very interesting offering of our practice. We are able to supply you with a stunning new smile in simply one day. Our office has state-of-the-art equipment that permits dental practitioners to provide you with crowns in just a small portion of the time that was required in the past.

CAD/CAM technology is what makes this exciting advancement possible. The acronym means computer-aided design/computed-aided manufacturing. We are able to use this innovation in our system. This system is used to fix teeth, start to finish, in one day. This will save you from an extra appointment to our practice, a week or two later. We're sure you have a lot more amazing things you would rather do with your time than to sit in our dental practitioner's chair any longer than you have to!

Using our brand-new system, we scan the prepared tooth in your mouth or from an impression, and after that send out the info to our in-office milling station. The restoration is computer-milled to the precise specifications to fit your mouth in minutes. As soon as the crown is crated, we position it in your mouth, and color, polish and restore your new tooth to a lovely and natural-looking radiance. This technology can also be used for same-day veneers or inlays.

If you need a crown in a hurry, for an upcoming social or company event, this process might certainly be ideal for you. If you are interested in finding out more about this procedure, call us today for an appointment.

Today's Topic Will Be About:

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.

Detecting issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, costly treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mainly utilized to identify:

  • Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).

  • Impacted teeth.

  • Teeth that are still coming in.

  • Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.

  • Internal tooth decay.

Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have a number of advantages over traditional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of direct exposure to excess radiation is removed.

Large on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The instant observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.

Digital radiography has greatly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the doctor to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for easier detection of issues, all while reducing the radiation direct exposure to the client. The process we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.

Images are available quickly after exposure, getting rid of the wait and effort spent establishing and installing x-rays. If an image needs to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also enables us to send out and receive your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you rapidly.
