Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns suggested coming into the dental practitioner's office a minimum of 2 times. The first check-up included getting an impression of your tooth and a temporary crown. Then, a couple of weeks later, a 2nd visit allowed for the temporary crown to be eliminated and a brand-new permanent crown to be put on your tooth. We use the latest innovation to make dental work easier for you and your busy schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a state-of-the-art same day crown technology to create ceramic onlays and crowns that fit perfectly, in just one visit with a little camera to create a 3D image of the tooth that needs to be repaired. This means a physical mold, which is unpleasant and time consuming, is no longer necessary.

Using CAD/CAM software, We produce a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling machine. This innovation can create the new restoration in just 15 minutes.

The restoration is glued to your tooth using a bonding product, and the brand-new addition will match your natural teeth so nobody will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for additional information about same day crowns technology, and take care of those issues you might have been putting off.

Today We Will Be Talking About:

Dental Implants

A dental implant is a metal device designed to replace missing teeth. The device is generally constructed of titanium and is surgically placed into the jawbone where the tooth is missing. An implant is permanent, unlike a dental bridge.

Crowns and traditional bridges or dentures may not be your only options when replacing missing teeth. For some individuals, dental implants offer a smile that looks extremely natural. Surgically positioned below the gums over a series of visits, implants fuse to the jawbone and function as a base for bridges or a denture, individual replacement teeth.

Implants offer stability due to the fact that they fuse to your bone, a procedure called osseointegration. Integration of these implants into your jaw also helps your replacement teeth feel more natural and some people also find the secure fit is more comfortable than conventional replacements. Prospects for dental implants have to have healthy gums and adequate bone to support the implant.

How Involving Is A Dental Implant?

A dental implant might be an option to replace a missing tooth. In this treatment, a little titanium shaft is surgically {placed|implanted into the bone and allowed to set. The bone grows around it forming a tight connection, which additionally slows or stops the bone loss that takes place when the root of a natural tooth is missing. As soon as the implant is securely set in the mouth, the dentist then works to attach the replacement tooth onto the top of the shaft. This permanent solution has the advantages over bridge work that it does not stress the surrounding teeth for support, and, should the tooth wear out, another can simply be replaced on the shaft.

Implants can also be utilized as support as part of an implant bridge. This is an option to partial dentures, and has a number of benefits. First, there is no adjustment period to acclimatize the client who, once the work is done, only feels teeth, not metal supports intruding into the mouth. Second, this slows the bone loss occasioned by missing teeth. Third, there is no pain or difficulty in eating. And, best of all, of course, they do not have to be taken out all the time.
