Why Choose One Day Dental Crowns?

There are numerous benefits of single day crowns over standard crown technology.

  • Time: Same day crowns are made in one appointment, conserving you substantial time away from your job and family.

  • Comfort: With same day crowns, there is no requirement for a short-term crown, which removes significant potential pain and inconvenience of a lost temporary restoration. Only one appointment means only one injection, or no injections if the tooth was previously treated with a root canal. No conventional impressions which means there is no gagging.

  • Visual appeals: The strong, tooth-colored ceramic materials of this brand-new technology restores your teeth to their natural durability, charm, and function and carefully match the composition of natural tooth structure.

  • Durability: Milled ceramic is tougher than the standard technique of layering and pressing, so your smile will remain stunning for years!

  • Fillings: Same day crown material and innovation can also be used for fillings. Because they are constructed out of porcelain, they are more durable than white composite fillings. They are a lot more aesthetic than mercury including silver fillings and stronger because of bonding technology.

Today's Conversation Will Be About:

Teeth Veneers (Porcelain)

Veneers are a really thin pieces of resilient, tooth shaped, porcelain that are custom made (for shape and color) by a professional dental lab. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to create a beautiful and attractive smile.

Veneers can entirely improve your teeth and smile. They can typically be alternatives to crowns and the ideal option in treating many cosmetic dental conditions for the front teeth.

Just like the majority of dental restorations, veneers might one day require replacement; however, they are still really resilient and will last years, giving you a long lasting, lovely smile.

How Are Veneers Set?

Veneers are a dental treatment in which a covering is positioned over the outside (visible area) of the tooth. Veneers are generally only done to the part of the teeth that are visible when talking or smiling. The treatment can be direct or indirect.

The direct method usually involves placing composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. This approach is usually referred to as bonding.

The indirect method typically involves two visits because the veneers will be fabricated at a dental lab. At the first visit the teeth are prepared, impressions taken, and the teeth are offered a short-term covering. In 2 to 3 weeks the veneers are back from the lab, the temporaries are removed and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The lab made veneers are typically made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are really esthetic.

The benefit of veneers versus crowns is that much less tooth material is removed, and the treatment is generally less uncomfortable. Veneers are not advised for teeth that have big fillings or little tooth structure.

You will receive care instructions for your veneers. Appropriate brushing, flossing and regular dental visits will aid in the life of your brand-new and beautiful veneers.
