Same Day Teeth Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital images of locations needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in just one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to produce your crown.
CEREC can be used for a full scope of indications: posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays and partial crowns.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.
Discovering issues with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, expensive treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mostly utilized to find:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Large on-screen X-rays make patient communication more effective. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.
Digital radiography has significantly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the client and the physician to see images of the teeth in higher resolution on a huge format for easier detection of issues, all while decreasing the radiation exposure to the patient. The process we use further defines the radiograph, leading to clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available immediately after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent establishing and mounting x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done immediately. Digital format also enables us to send out and get your images digitally for consultation that can be presented to you rapidly.
