Same Day Crowns - Created And Set In A Single Visit!

Too busy for multiple dental visits?

We have great news! Now you can have your dental crown developed and positioned in a single visit.

No irritating temporaries or repeat visits!

With CAD-CAM Technology our dentists are able to design your crown while you wait.

Our practice has bought the same day crown restorative technology to supply our patients with custom-made crowns, inlays and onlays in the convenience of our office.

Using a special optical impression, we acquire a digital picture of your existing teeth and develop your new restoration to fit your bite. With a huge shade selection, your new restoration will feel and look like your natural teeth.

We understand you are busy! A number of our patients that have experienced same day crown dentistry have talked about how much they loved taking less time out of their schedule to have their crown performed in a single appointment.

Same Day Teeth Restorations

CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital images of locations requiring restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

CEREC can be used in a wide scope of indications: veneers, inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns and anterior crowns.

Today's Conversation Is About:

Dental Dentures

There are various kinds of dentures, but they share their common function. They replace teeth that have actually become loose or been lost due to bone loss. When bone loss around the roots of teeth is great enough to let them fall out or loosen them, it's time for dentures. Relax. No one enjoys losing their natural teeth, but you can still eat and talk regularly.

The whole mouth is analyzed and a decision is made as to which teeth will need to be removed, and which will stay. The loose teeth are then extracted. Dentures are fitted to go around or over whatever teeth remain in the mouth, depending upon the type. There is an adjustment time after dentures are placed in the mouth, and it can take some getting used to. Once accustomed to the dentures, all the regular functionality and appearance return and one just carries on as usual. Often implants can be used to further support the dentures.

It is necessary to note that life with an upper denture, a lower denture, and especially both, is a major lifestyle change when as compared to natural teeth. Dentures impact the type of food you are able to eat, your confidence in social situations, and even your self-esteem.

A Few Reasons For Getting A Full Denture:

  • All Teeth missing in the same arch

  • Restore chewing ability

  • Restore a natural looking smile

  • Economical alternative to other procedures

An upper full denture will usually feel much better than a lower complete denture. In order to dramatically improve the fit of a lower complete denture, we regularly suggest using dental implants as a retentive mechanism. Two dental implants placed in the lower jaw can help anchor the denture and substantially enhance comfort. Often, the implants can even be positioned in the jaw after a denture has been in use for multiple years.
