Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns implied coming into the dental practitioner's office a minimum of two times. The very first visit included getting an impression of your tooth and a short-term crown. Then, a few weeks later, a 2nd visit allowed for the short-term crown to be removed and a new long-term crown to be positioned on your tooth. We use the latest innovation to make dental work easier for you and your busy schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a cutting edge same day crown technology to produce ceramic onlays and crowns that fit just right, in just one visit with a small camera to develop a 3D picture of the tooth that needs to be repaired. This means a physical mold, which is unpleasant and time consuming, is no longer needed.

Using CAD/CAM software, We create a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling machine. This innovation can develop the new restoration in as little as 15 minutes.

The restoration is adhered to your tooth using a bonding material, and the new addition will match your natural teeth so no one will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for more information about same day crowns innovation, and take care of those problems you may have been putting off.

Same Day Crowns Restorations

CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take exact digital imagery of areas requiring restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to make your crown.

Today's Conversation Will Be About:

Porcelain Veneers (Teeth)

Veneers are a very thin pieces of durable, tooth shaped, porcelain that are customizeded (for shape and color) by a professional dental laboratory. They are bonded onto the front of teeth to produce a beautiful and attractive smile.

Veneers can completely reshape your teeth and smile. They can often be alternatives to crowns and the ideal solution in treating many cosmetic dental conditions for the front teeth.

Just like most dental restorations, veneers may at some point need replacement; however, they are still very durable and will last years, giving you a long lasting, stunning smile.

How Are Veneers Set?

Veneers are a dental treatment where a covering is positioned over the outside (visible area) of the tooth. Veneers are generally only done to the part of the teeth that are visible when talking or grinning. The treatment can be direct or indirect.

The direct technique normally involves putting composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. This method is generally referred to as bonding.

The indirect technique normally involves 2 visits because the veneers will be fabricated at a dental lab. At the first visit the teeth are prepared, impressions taken, and the teeth are offered a short-term covering. In 2 to 3 weeks the veneers are back from the laboratory, the temporaries are removed and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The laboratory produced veneers are generally made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are really esthetic.

The advantage of veneers versus crowns is that much less tooth material is eliminated, and the treatment is typically less uncomfortable. Veneers are not recommended for teeth that have big fillings or little tooth structure.

You will get care instructions for your veneers. Proper brushing, flossing and routine dental visits will aid in the life of your new and beautiful veneers.
