Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns meant coming into the dentist's office at least 2 times. The very first visit involved getting an impression of your tooth and a short-term crown. Then, a few weeks later, a second visit permitted the temporary crown to be removed and a brand-new permanent crown to be positioned on your tooth. We use the latest innovation to make dental work easier for you and your busy schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a cutting edge same day crown technology to develop ceramic onlays and crowns that fit just right, in simply one check-up with a small camera to produce a 3D picture of the tooth that has to be repaired. This indicates a physical mold, which is undesirable and time consuming, is no longer necessary.

Using CAD/CAM software, We produce a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling machine. This innovation can produce the new restoration in just 15 minutes.

The restoration is glued to your tooth using a bonding product, and the brand-new addition will match your natural teeth so no one will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today to learn more about same day crowns technology, and take care of those problems you may have been avoiding.

Today's Topic Is About:

Composite Dental Bonding

Bonding is a procedure in which we use a tooth-colored composite product to a tooth, shape it, allow it to solidify, and polish it. It can be utilized in specific situations where a tooth has been broken or become stained. These are generally minor repairs, ones that can be resolved through this reasonably inexpensive methods rather than through a more costly dental treatment.

How It Works:
Bonding involves adhering composite resin material that is matched to the color of the tooth, to the front of the tooth. This is done to fix damage done to the tooth by decay, to change the positioning of the tooth, close spaces between the teeth, or for cosmetic purposes. First the surface area of the tooth is roughed up in order to accept the bonding and hold it. A gel is applied to micro etch the tooth surface, and a primer/bond agent is used so the material adheres to the surface area. Then the material itself is placed on the tooth and solidified with intense light. The composite resin material is shaped and polished to get a glossy finish as a last step.
