Same day crowns
In the past, getting dental crowns implied coming into the dentist's office at least 2 times. The very first visit involved getting an impression of your tooth and a short-term crown. Then, a couple of weeks later, a second check-up enabled the temporary crown to be eliminated and a brand-new long-term crown to be positioned on your tooth. We use the latest technology making dental work easier for you and your busy schedule, with same day crowns.

Getting Dental Crowns
We are proud to use a state-of-the-art same day crown innovation to produce ceramic onlays and crowns that fit just right, in just one check-up with a small camera to produce a 3D picture of the tooth that needs to be fixed. This indicates a physical mold, which is unpleasant and time consuming, is no longer necessary.

Using CAD/CAM software, We create a perfectly fitting restoration using an on-site milling device. This innovation can produce the brand-new restoration in just 15 minutes.

The restoration is adhered to your tooth using a bonding material, and the new addition will match your natural teeth so no one will ever know you had a repair.

Call us today for additional information about same day crowns innovation, and take care of those problems you may have been putting off.

Today's Conversation Will Be About:

Teeth Whitening

Because having whiter teeth has now become the top aesthetic concern of many clients, there are numerous methods to lighten teeth. The most popular technique is utilizing a home tooth bleaching system that will whiten teeth dramatically. Since tooth whitening only works on natural tooth enamel, it is very important to evaluate replacement of any old fillings, crowns, and so on. Replacement of any restorations will be done after bleaching so they will match the freshly bleached teeth.

Most dentists utilize a number of methods: customizeded tray lightening, professional strength white strips, and in-office bleaching.

The tray method involves having impressions taken, which the laboratory fabricates into custom-made vinyl trays. A carbamide peroxide gel is put in these trays and the trays with gel are worn for about 30 minutes to a full hour. The whole procedure takes about a week of everyday use. Three different strengths of gel may be utilized, however, the greater the strength, the greater the possibility of reactions or tooth sensitivity. The tray method is suggested for terribly stained teeth, such as tetracycline staining, and it might take a number of months of use to see significant color improvement.

Our in-office treatment is a very quick and convenient whitening process. The appointment is roughly one hour consisting of both the preparation and treatment. Our patients enjoy this treatment because it is so easy and quick!

Tooth lightening is not permanent. A touch-up may be required once a year and more often if you smoke and/or drink coffee, tea, or wine. For maintenance of whitened teeth the trays need to be used every couple of months.

Reasons For Tooth Whitening:

  • Yellow, brown stained teeth.

  • Normal wear of external tooth layer.

  • Florousis (extreme fluoridation during tooth development).

  • Stained teeth due to medications (tetracycline, and so on).
