We always stay on the cutting-edge for our valued patients!

What Are Single Day Dental Crowns?

It is a technology for restoring broken teeth, and this restoration can be finished in a single appointment at our office. It makes your teeth tougher and more stunning - all while keeping your teeth looking natural. The restoration is metal-free and the high-grade ceramic material and is compatible with the natural tissue found in your mouth.

During your appointment, you and your dental practitioner will talk about the details of the treatment and your dental practitioner will address any questions you may have relating to the treatment or porcelain crowns in general.

Your dental practitioner will then apply a thin layer of reflective powder onto your tooth and will use a unique 3D imaging camera to take a photo of your tooth. Using the new exclusive software, your restoration will be developed according to your tooth's proper form and function.

Then, it will use a diamond burs to produce your restoration from a piece of ceramic. Finally, the ceramic restoration is bonded to your tooth using state-of-the-art adhesive dentistry.

Same Day Tooth Restorations

CEREC stands for CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital images of areas needing restoration and produce the suitable restoration on the spot.

With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration completed in just one visit. We will design and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer have to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to fabricate your crown.

CEREC can be utilized for a broad scope of indications: inlays, onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns and veneers.

Today's Subject Will Be:

UltraSonic Teeth Cleaning

We use ultrasonic scalers for many adult dental cleanings. These devices use ultrasonic vibrations to help breakdown the plaque and calculus on the teeth that cause gingivitis and gum disease. The ultrasonic cleaners develop tiny bubbles that implode on the surface of the tooth, killing microbes and getting rid of plaque and tartar in the process. Our instruments use a thin tip to better navigate in the gum pockets to help maintain optimal gingival health.

  • The treatment only uses water, no chemicals are used.

  • It can eliminate tartar buildup in hard-to-reach locations, with no damage to the tooth enamel.

  • Manual scaling commonly uses pressure for cleaning, while the vibration produced by the scaling tip of an ultrasonic scaler is hardly perceptible. This makes ultrasonic cleaning ideal to those with vulnerable teeth.

  • The cleaning process is quicker than manual scaling making your visit more comfy.

After your teeth have been cleaned with the ultrasonic cleaner, your teeth will be hand scaled to check for any residual deposits then polished.
