ONE DAY DENTAL WORK

Updated On Saturday, February 23, 2019 02:38:19 AM

Thanks to ingenious modern day innovations, we are proud to introduce the ability to provide you with same day crowns - that's right, a new crown in just one appointment! Here's how it works.

First, high resolution digital 3-D impressions are taken with a small camera, a special camera built just for this purpose.

Step two, the brand-new software examines the whole image and uses the results to determine a number of excellent restoration possibilities. Next those possibilities are examined and improved by the dentist and the final restoration plan is selected.

Finally your brand-new crown is made by the cerec machine right in our office and put in your mouth, all in one appointment!

If you would like to know more about the same day crown treatment, call our office and we would be happy to help you.

Dental Dentures

There are various kinds of dentures, however they share their common function. They replace teeth that have become loose or been lost due to bone loss. When bone loss around the roots of teeth is great enough to let them fall out or loosen them, it's time for dentures. Relax. Nobody enjoys losing their natural teeth, but you can still eat and talk regularly.

The entire mouth is examined and a determination is made regarding which teeth will need to be removed, and which will stay. The loose teeth are then removed. Dentures are fitted to go around or over whatever teeth stay in the mouth, depending on the type. There is an adjustment period after dentures are placed in the mouth, and it can take some getting used to. Once accustomed to the dentures, all the regular capability and look return and one simply carries on as usual. Frequently implants can be used to further support the dentures.

It is essential to note that life with an upper denture, a lower denture, and especially both, is a major lifestyle change when as compared to natural teeth. Dentures impact the type of food you are able to eat, your self-confidence in social scenarios, as well as your self-esteem.

Reasons For Considering A Full Denture:

  • All Teeth missing in the exact same arch

  • Restore chewing ability

  • Restore a natural looking smile

  • Economical alternative to other procedures

An upper full denture will almost always feel much better than a lower complete denture. In order to dramatically enhance the fit of a lower complete denture, we regularly suggest using dental implants as a retentive mechanism. 2 dental implants put in the lower jaw can help anchor the denture and substantially improve comfort. Often, the implants can even be placed in the jaw after a denture has been in use for numerous years.
