Same day crowns are a dental restoration device that enables a dental practitioner to produce an indirect ceramic dental restoration using computer-assisted technologies, including 3-D photography and CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing).

Same day crowns allows dental practitioners the flexibility to fix teeth in a single sitting with a client, rather than the numerous appointments required with other techniques!

Same day crowns have actually been proven by hundreds of medical studies and is provided by countless dentists to millions of patients all over the world each year!

Same day crowns not just conserves you time and money, it can also conserve your teeth!

Dental X-rays are not able to penetrate metal crowns, making any degeneration undetected up until it was too late.

Same day crowns use a strong porcelain that x-rays can penetrate. This means any degeneration underneath the restoration can be found and fixed before it becomes a big problem.

Because same day crown innovation use a milling device to mill the ceramic into your customized restoration, the porcelain is more durable than those created by hand. And, the computer-assisted innovation can develop an virtually identical restoration of the previous tooth.

Today's Conversation Is About:

Digital X-Rays

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental problems.

Discovering issues with x-rays before they end up being problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, costly treatments or surgeries. X-rays are primarily utilized to spot:

  • Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).

  • Impacted teeth.

  • Teeth that are still coming in.

  • Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.

  • Internal tooth decay.

Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have numerous advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from conventional dental x-rays. The worry of direct exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.

Big on-screen X-rays make patient communication more efficient. The immediate observation of the images on the screen allows us to discuss your dental health quickly and accurately.

Digital radiography has greatly enhanced the practice of dentistry. It enables the patient and the medical professional to see images of the teeth in greater resolution on a large format for much easier detection of problems, all while decreasing the radiation direct exposure to the patient. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.

Images are available instantly after exposure, getting rid of the wait and effort spent developing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also enables us to send out and get your images electronically for consultation that can be presented to you rapidly.
