Same Day Crowns Restorations
CEREC means CERamic REConstruction and is a tool in our office that can take accurate digital imagery of areas needing restoration and produce the appropriate restoration on the spot.
With our CEREC cad/cam machine, you can have your crown or other restoration finished in simply one visit. We will create and custom fit your tooth precisely with our computer system milling unit right in the office. You no longer need to have a temporary crown or wait weeks for the lab to produce your crown.
CEREC can be used in a broad scope of indications: onlays, partial crowns, posterior crowns, anterior crowns, veneers and inlays.

X-rays are a primary tool for early identification of dental issues.
Discovering problems with x-rays before they become problems can save you money in the long run by preventing the need for more extensive, expensive treatments or surgeries. X-rays are mostly used to find:
- Cysts (fluid filled sacks at the base of your teeth).
- Impacted teeth.
- Teeth that are still coming in.
- Tumors, both cancerous and non-cancerous.
- Internal tooth decay.
Most dentists use digital x-rays, which have a number of advantages over conventional film based x-rays. Digital x-rays enable us to take x-rays with 1/5 of the radiation that you would receive from traditional dental x-rays. The concern of exposure to excess radiation is eliminated.
Big on-screen X-rays make client communication more effective. The immediate observation of the images on the screen enables us to discuss your dental health quickly and precisely.
Digital radiography has greatly improved the practice of dentistry. It allows the client and the doctor to see pictures of the teeth in greater resolution on a big format for much easier detection of problems, all while reducing the radiation exposure to the patient. The process we use further defines the radiograph, resulting in clinically meaningful images that are sharp, detailed and rich in contrast.
Images are available instantly after exposure, removing the wait and effort spent developing and installing x-rays. If an image has to be retaken, it can be done right away. Digital format also enables us to send and receive your images electronically for consultation that can be provided to you rapidly.
